For a year and a half I have been asking the following question: "After entering weight and dimensions, even before clicking on 'confirm and pay', the page 'oops something went wrong, etc.' inevitably appears (on any browser and also on the tablet). And you have to do it the other, less automatic and longer way. Am I doing something wrong or is the system not working?" Since I have not received any reply, not even from eBay's call center, I must assume that nobody else is experiencing this problem. Can anyone tell me what is causing the issue?
