Receive order at pickup point
For the first time I clicked to have an order delivered to a pickup point, on the courier’s website (BRT Bartolini) both for me and the seller the order shows as delivered on October 20, at the pickup point it shows as not delivered. I haven’t received any notification with the pickup code, which I’d like to get by email and not by SMS, but I couldn’t find the screen to choose that even though they say it can be done. Also, I didn’t understand who is supposed to send me this notification since it’s not the seller: eBay? the pickup point? the seller and I are both going crazy. Thanks to anyone who replies 🙂
