Receiving orders without a label
Good morning, this is already the second time that from 2 different suppliers I have received a lumbar support belt sold as neoprene, but that arrives without a label, so I can't know what material they are actually made of, moreover also without a box, sealed in courier bags and paper bags, can someone explain to me why eBay allows sellers something like this? And what can be done to avoid being taken for a ride like this? Thanks

Mentore2 years agoGood morning,
in every listing you find this phrase: "The seller assumes full responsibility for the sale of the item" so the responsibility lies with the individual seller, eBay cannot step in and check every single item sold on the marketplace.
To solve the problem, it’s enough to spend a few more Euros... they say that the less you spend, the more you spend... so it would be enough to buy one from a well-known brand directly at the pharmacy, handling it in person.
Kind regards.

OP2 years agoI don't agree with what you're saying; another seller sold me a good-quality headband with a label at a low price on eBay, so feel free to go to the pharmacy yourself, thanks

Mentore2 years agoOf course, when I need to I’ll go there, don’t worry!
But the question is: what answer were you expecting from a public forum?
Kind regards.

OP2 years agoI’m free to buy where I want and spend what I want without for that reason having to receive goods without labels, and be told that it’s because I should have spent more, and in a pharmacy that really doesn’t make sense, but I think you probably don’t get it, regards

Mentore2 years agoAnd I’m also free to reply however I prefer... since it’s a public place!
Given all this bitterness... maybe it’s time you really went to the pharmacy!
You still didn’t answer my question though: what kind of response were you expecting from a public forum?

OP2 years agoWhat bitterness? I’m responding to the substance of the post and not to stupid, meaningless questions, like his free replies to the public forum, anyway. And now, since continuing to massage the void is of no use whatsoever, I’ll say goodbye and won’t reply any further.

Mentore2 years agoSo, your question posted on a public forum makes sense and is useful... perfect!
Have a good day.
