Will I receive a refund for the item that the courier never delivered to me?
hi, I ordered the lide 110 scanner. I told the seller that I couldn’t go pick it up, and the seller replied, don’t worry, the SDA courier will deliver the scanner you purchased. The courier never came to my home to deliver the scanner, and since I couldn’t go to the post office because I work from home, it stayed in storage for 7 days. After 7 days the post office sent the scanner back to the seller, and here’s the funny part: the seller does not accept returns. Will I be refunded for the item I did not receive?

Mentore3 years agoYou will not have eBay's guarantee of receiving a refund, since not collecting it from storage was your sole responsibility.
The item you purchased and paid for is still yours, you will have to arrange (privately) with the seller for a refund or for a new shipment at your own expense.
