Receipt for a purchase
Hello, I bought a smartphone on ebay and I want to print the receipt suitable for using the standard 2-year warranty. Do I need to have the receipt / sales receipt with tax code? Is printing the order enough? Thanks very much to anyone who can help me. Lore

if you're referring to the Blackview, you bought it from a Chinese seller, so the phone is completely without warranty... unless, in the event of problems, you go yourself to the seller's registered office (Shenzhen, China).
So even if the seller managed to give you some kind of document, you would never be able to use it, because in Europe it is worthless.

OP3 years agoThanks, sika 700. I’m referring specifically to a Blackview shipped from Germany. I do see, though, that on eBay you can download the purchase receipt. If necessary, I’d try using that with a repair shop (generic), hoping it might be useful to me. Kind regards.
