Received cancellation request for an order
I received a cancellation request for a paid order for which I had already purchased shipping with pickup tomorrow.
The request is vague, with silly reasons like not having enough funds left to complete it.
How should I handle this? Is he supposed to reimburse me for the shipping?

Mentore1 year agoYou have to decide whether to accept their request or reject it.
If you accept it, you won’t be able to keep anything.
If you don’t accept it, there’s always the risk of possible future "problems" that could come up out of spite for your refusal.

I cancelled the order because I don't want any problems.
Is it possible to leave at least negative feedback?
I tried, but I have to leave positive feedback even if the text is negative, which doesn't make much sense.
Unfortunately I didn't buy the shipping on eBay, so I need to check whether they'll reimburse me.

If you leave positive feedback with a negative comment, it gets deleted.
