Received the wrong item
Good morning, I ordered a 6 V voltage regulator and received a 12 V one, I can’t use it so I started a return and also wrote to the seller, no response, no news, no contact, now if the seller doesn’t respond can I still get a refund? It’s about €40 but I’m not okay with just giving it away like that
