Received and refunded
I was expecting an item, I thought, via a package. Instead, an envelope arrived in the mailbox, which I checked after a few days. But in the meantime I requested a refund for an item not received. Now I’d like to pay, but I can’t get in touch with either eBay or the seller and I can’t find any other way to contact them ???????
