Good morning, I sold 2 phones Smartphone Samsung Galaxy Y Wave Young GT-S5380D and received negative feedback, and the buyer says they don't work, while I tested them and verified that both work.
A likely cause is that they are on 3G and there may not be coverage, so I am not at fault since they were described correctly in the listing.. what can I do?
