Good morning, an experienced American seller offered me a discount on an item I have on my watchlist. If I go to try to pay for the item, since I don't have another way to accept the offer besides payment, the item cost and shipping payment cost are higher than those shown in the offer (the shipping cost is even higher than the original sale).Has this happened before, or is there a reason?
