Received a different item than the one ordered
Hello everyone, I received an item different from the one I ordered but the seller doesn’t want to know anything about responding. What can I do besides contacting them? How can I get eBay to step in? Thanks

OP1 year agoOf course I read it, and I read that whoever opened a dispute for an item different from the one ordered has not solved the problem. So, what is better to do to make sure the problem gets resolved? Return the item at no cost to me for replacement or refund?

Mentore1 year agoWell, actually you need to open a return request for an item that is NOT as described... if the seller does nothing after 4 days, ask eBay to step in:
