Received non-working item

On April 22, 2025, I finally received the long-awaited USB Type C flash drive I ordered on April 9, 2025.
Oh, I tried the flash drive right away on my smartphone with the type C port, and I noticed that the flash drive doesn’t work on my smartphone.
I asked for a return to get a full refund, but the seller denied the return and offered me not a full refund but a partial one.
Please can you help me get this full refund? Even though in the seller’s description it says that they don’t accept returns, I want to return it
