Damaged return received.
Hi everyone, I’m a non-professional seller and I received the return of an item that had arrived damaged. But when I open the box (packed and sealed terribly) I realize with horror that the item in question, an electric oven, has been sent back in worse condition than it had arrived to the buyer (I gather this from the photo they sent me), with one foot detached and the door in pieces! So what now? Can I issue a partial refund documenting the situation with photos of the disaster, or am I stuck? Or are there other solutions? Thanks in advance.

Mentore2 years agoI think the second option more... also because if an official return request has been opened for you, you can't issue partial refunds.
Kind regards.
