Received the shipment, the item inside is completely different from what I bought

Hello, I received a shipment via Hermes courier from France

The sender is correct

The shipment number is the same as the eBay site

But inside it contains something completely different

It now shows as delivered, obviously, but the seller keeps insisting that that is not his shipment.

Is the code on the package the one the seller entered into the system and that you see on your purchase summary?

If the code is different, see where your package is.

If it is the same code, open a return procedure for item not as described: https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-refunds/restituisci-un-oggetto-cambio-di-un-rimborso?id=4041&st=7&po=2&uci=0&ri=0 Return shipping costs are covered by the seller (don't pay them upfront yourself).
