Receiving a purchase that has already been refunded

Good morning, since I had not received the item after a reasonable period of time, I received the relative refund. Today, however, I received the item by ordinary mail; how can I make the payment again?

Just agree with the seller on a new payment.

This option isn’t provided by eBay, but I think he’ll be happy to give you his details to receive it.
