This morning I won an auction and I was ready to complete the payment: unfortunately it won’t let me do it unless I first ask the seller for the updated total because of the shipping costs... but when I click the "request total" button, I then get the page that says "Items related to the vault, authenticity verification, or exports cannot be grouped and must be shipped separately". How can I do? Was the request sent anyway or not?
