Buyer request to change from local pickup to shipping
I bought an item with free shipping, but by chance I would have been in the seller’s area within a week, so to avoid them an extra cost I chose local pickup; unfortunately, due to family issues I had to cancel the trip. Can I have the item shipped to me, since shipping was already included in the original price? Or do I need to cancel the order? In the event of a dispute, would I be in the right or in the wrong?
