Cancellation request
Summary: phin963 started a discussion titled "Cancellation request". sika700 replied, but both parties only wrote "None", so there are no details about the content of the request or the replies.
I received my first purchase offer with the “Buy It Now” option; I accepted and confirmed it, but shortly after I got a cancellation request. I رفضed it but I didn’t understand whether, when the item hasn’t been paid for or shipped yet (as in this case), my refusal is valid or not. In other words, I didn’t understand what happens now.
In case of shipping, what do I need to do?
Here shipping was included in the price (so it was my responsibility) and I had clicked on some shipping offers from eBay…

Mentore1 year agoIf your buyer doesn't pay, your refusal is useless... if they don't want to pay, you can't force them.
Obviously, you should only ship if they pay.
If they don't do it within 4 days, cancel the sale, so you can get back the selling fees.
