Order cancellation request
Good evening, I bought an xbox and then requested to cancel the order because I had bought the wrong console! I contact the seller, he confirms to me, even with a video sent by email, that he is trying to approve my refund but the server tells him, in exact words, the refund was not successful. I add a payment option to refund the buyer"
He claims he has not received the money and I have proof that the payment was made. What should I do? Thanks

you’ve run into an inexperienced seller... the reason is that they don’t have an updated account in order to sell!
Have them read this link and tell them to update it and add an alternative payment method:

If they do nothing, at the end of the supposed delivery date, open a report:
Get help for an item that hasn’t arrived | eBay
