Request for assistance with iPhone 16
Summary: giapall-10 is seeking help regarding their iPhone purchased from a seller on eBay. They have been experiencing issues with the device, including battery problems, despite minimal usage. The seller is unresponsive, and eBay claims they can't assist after 180 days, leading giapall-10 to feel stuck and unsure of how to proceed.
Hi guys, I’m asking you to help me because I’ve been trying for more than a month to solve the problem …
I bought my iPhone in July 2025 from an eBay seller (new item)
Now I’m running into a ton of problems, just think that I use the phone very little and even so the battery is below 90%.. on top of that there are other problems too, but I don’t want to bore you.. I contacted the seller who never replied to me.. I contacted eBay, which says that after 180 days it can’t do anything and that I have to contact the seller.. now I don’t know what else to do.. I’m going around in circles between the seller (who doesn’t reply) and eBay.. does anyone know how I can go about this?

Mentore2 weeks agoIn truth, eBay can't help beyond 30 days from delivery... and in your case only the seller, if they were a professional within the EU, can help you.
The fact that you call it "new" does not by itself mean that you have the warranty; if you bought it from a private seller or from someone outside the EU, the phone has no warranty... which may be why the seller isn't replying to you.
Kind regards.
