Request for clarification on integrated shipping with courier and personal data
I’m a private eBay seller who uses the integrated shipping service "eBay shipping". In BRT’s shipping form, the buyer’s phone number and email are required, but according to the rules, it seems to me that asking a user for these details is forbidden...

Mentore3 years agoAbsolutely not, they are essential data for proper shipment management.
The email is already provided by eBay in encrypted format, (not personal email), while for the phone number you should already find it among the buyer's shipping details.
If you can't find it and the buyer doesn't want to give it to you, I personally put my company one... if needed, they call me...
