Request for data and a copy of the ID card for tax deduction

Hello everyone,2 days ago, through an auction, I sold my iPhone 15. Today the buyer writes to me asking me to send him a signed text in which I declare that I am selling him the phone along with some of my personal data (first name, last name, tax code) and a copy of my ID card. He tells me he needs this to deduct the expense from taxes.Is this true, can I trust him or is it better that I don't send this data?
