Good evening and Happy Ferragosto, in a transaction I had it happen that shortly after shipping the item, the buyer asked me to cancel the transaction; unfortunately, I had already handed the package over to the courier, so I wasn’t able to get it back. The previous evening I had purchased the shipping through Ebay shipping, so the shipping notification was definitely sent to the buyer. In any case, I told them I was willing to take the item back, refunding everything except the shipping costs. In cases like this, how does feedback work? Could the buyer still leave negative or neutral feedback if, for example, in the end the item wasn’t returned because of their choice or even because of my choice, since as a private seller I wouldn’t be obliged to accept the request?
