Sale and sponsored ad "run" on two different tracks. First you officially and correctly refund the sale, then ebay refunds the sponsored ad. It's likely that for one day you'll go 70€ into the negative, but then ebay reimburses that too, of course if it's a standard sponsored ad. Kind regards.
