Return request
Good morning, if a buyer sends messages on the eBay platform to specify that the item purchased is not suitable, are they still valid even if they have never opened a return request?

Mentore7 months agoNo, however he has 30 days from the delivery of the package to open a return request.
If the request is for an item that does not match what was ordered, you cannot object and all return costs will be at your expense.
