Return request after 29 days not accepted

good evening everyone, I wanted to know your opinion regarding an unaccepted return request 29 days later.
I made a sale of a console, a PlayStation. packed, delivered, and funds received.
later, 29 days later, the customer thought it best to claim that the product was defective and/or not as described, requesting a return of the item, after having used it for 29 days.
I did not accept the return and the return turned into a dispute.
the dispute was closed in favor of the buyer who was refunded the full amount (with my funds) and moreover also kept the item, without returning it.
I tried to make a thousand appeals but eBay says the decision has already been made.
do you think a report to the carabinieri could solve anything?
