Return request from a buyer

Hi, how can I refuse to accept a return request for an item sold a month ago, where it says that an accessory of the item sold has a small defect, which he could very well have caused after using it? eBay doesn’t give you the option to refuse; it forces you to go along with the buyer.

Exactly, if the request is made within the following 30 days from the purchase, you can't refuse.
