Hello, I sold a NEOGEO MVS cartridge for home use, tested and working with video, with standard JAMMA arcade cabinet. With CRT monitor. Cathode-ray tube.The buyer claims it doesn't work, but when I asked whether he used a CRT JAMMA cab as described, he said he was using a supergun system with an LCD TV. So not tested by me.Also, as the reason, he wrote WRONG ITEM. He posted photos with the game name and serial number on the cartridge, IDENTICAL to the photos in my listing. I asked for photos of my cartridge's internal boards or for him to test the cartridge with a friend who has a system suitable for the listing, but these requests were not answered. Now, I’m sorry. But I can't lose the outbound shipping money and probably the return shipping money, BECAUSE THE BUYER purchased it USING IT IN A SYSTEM NOT DESCRIBED OR ALLOWED. What can I do??? Thanks
