Return request rejected despite everything, eBay blocks the funds EBAY SCAM
Hello, I sold and shipped two laptops, and knowing the level of risk I am very careful in describing my items. It so happened that after about a month the buyer opens a dispute for an item not as described; promptly eBay checks the claim and rejects it. In practice, the buyer lied, but that is not the end of it: the buyer turns to his bank and eBay rolled over without having received a formal request from the bank institution, it blocked my funds. We pay the fees for what purpose if we are forced to suffer ABUSES BY MALICIOUS BUYERS AND EBAY IS NOT CREDIBLE. Question: should I turn to the........ I meant to say something ridiculous, not even our authorities are credible, oh well I’ll close the account and turn to my lawyer in order to take action against eBay. I really hope there are grounds, even if knowing them I’m already beaten from the start.

Anyway, a freeze on funds does not automatically mean they’ll side with the buyer.
If ebay ruled in your favor in the first dispute, you should be covered by seller protection against payment method claims.
