refund request
I had opened a request for 5 items not shipped, finally after 2 months without a response from the seller I received them but one is missing, the request for all 5 is now closed and I can't reopen it to request a refund for the missing item

Mentore3 years agoIndeed, you had 21 days, from the opening of the support request, to ask for a refund.
You let them expire and now..... on eBay you have no other options.
Now you can only open a dispute on PayPal's site for item not as described (1 is missing), the chargeback option on the credit card is more difficult.

The problem is that I didn’t let them expire, they were closed because in fact the problem for which I had opened the request (missing shipment) had been resolved, shipping them in the end did ship them... the second problem came up upon receipt, which from abroad still takes a while... it still seems like a big bug on eBay that if there are two different problems for an item you can’t reopen a request, anyway I’ll try to follow your advice with PayPal, thanks,
