Partial refund request?
I made a purchase, but contrary to what is stated in the product description, one accessory is missing and another is not the original one.
Is it possible to request at least a partial refund?

Mentore1 year agoYou need to request a return and a full refund. Then the seller will be the one to offer you, as an alternative, the possibility of keeping the item and getting a partial refund.
