Refund request for incorrect address
Summary: lucdido63 made a request regarding a refund due to an incorrect address, to which marioelegio responded, but no further details are provided.
Good morning, I’m asking for help with the following issue:
A buyer asked me for a refund because they did not receive a registered parcel. On the postal service website, it says that delivery was not made because the recipient was absent. In reality, as stated in the message attached to the refund request, the user had entered an incorrect address.
How should one deal with this case? I do not consider myself responsible for the failed delivery and I do not think it is my duty to refund the amount spent.
Thank you

Mentore1 year agoOffer the buyer a new shipment at their own expense, or a refund for the item only (since the shipping was “wasted” because of their mistake).
If they open an eBay dispute, reply with the tracking code and attach their message, where they state that they provided an incorrect address.
