Cancellation request refused and I got neither the item nor the refund
Good morning,
I placed an order that I later had to cancel.
Not only was the cancellation not accepted, but my order is no longer showing up, so I won't receive anything and on top of that I haven't gotten my money back.
How can I get at least one of the two?
