Hello, I shipped an item to the United States, but it has been held in customs for a few days for inspection; I don’t know why. I asked Poste Italiane, but for now they have not received any communication from U.S. customs.I shipped it on July 24, and as indicated by eBay it should arrive on August 21.However, the customer has now asked me to refund him immediately and I don’t understand why; in any case I asked him whether and when he receives the ticket he will send it back to me, and I am waiting for a reply.I wouldn’t want to receive negative feedback, but how should I behave? Could someone give me some advice?On top of the item, I would also lose the shipping costs.
