Hello, I put an item up for sale, I was contacted by a buyer who privately offered me an amount, after which we agreed on the amount he offered me, then he sent me an offer equal to the starting price, which is lower than what we had agreed on, so what should I do now? My intention would be not to accept the minimum offer, but to accept the first offer we agreed on, right?

if you agreed privately, you have to sort it out privately... what help could ebay give you if you didn't follow the marketplace procedures?
