Request for reimbursement
Good evening, I made a purchase on December 6 for a pair of batteries, the product never arrived, the deadline was December 20 after which I would have received a refund. The seller does not want to make the refund transfer and has taken more time despite my refund request. I can't find a way to speak with eBay support, what should I do???
