Hello, I bought a monitor, and as soon as I opened the package, the original box showed clear signs that it had already been opened, and the monitor, on the back, had marks indicating that the support bracket had already been mounted, so I assume it was not new, but the most important thing is that the monitor does not work. After several tests, I checked the power supply and it is fine, but the monitor shows no signs of life.

So I submitted a return request on 12/09/26, and after several messages and tests suggested by the seller, I was told they would send a courier for the return, first on 18/09/26, and no courier showed up, then they gave me another date, 22/09/26, and again no courier came, then they told me they had to set another date, and as of today 30/09/26, no one has been in touch anymore, and on 01/10/26 the return request expires. I asked eBay for help, but here everyone is ignoring me; it seems a bit like a joke or a scam?

I’m trying again to ask eBay for help, or should I contact the Postal Police?
