Request to correct invoice
Good morning, the correction of the invoice issued incorrectly to the individual instead of the company has been requested from the seller. The seller says that the VAT is collected by eBay, which must therefore make the change to the document. However, I can't find the channel to contact eBay and ask for the change.
Can anyone kindly help me?

Mentore2 years ago... if instead you are referring to the invoice without VAT for intra-EU transactions, you should have requested the invoice without VAT BEFORE placing the order, also because you have already paid the VAT and they cannot refund it to you.
So, you cannot request any correction.

Mentore2 years agoVAT is collected by eBay only when the seller is outside the EU. In this case, the VAT invoice is separate; you can find it here: ..... In addition, the tax invoice will be available and downloadable from the Order Details page in Purchase History.
