Request for feedback review
Hello, since I received inaccurate feedback,
the buyer apologized and asked me to send him a request for
feedback revision.
Even though the feedback was received just a few days ago,
I can't find any way to send a feedback revision request.
Does anyone know what I should do?

OP2 years agoebay removed the feedback.
Unfortunately, it also warned the buyer,
because apparently it isn’t allowed to leave positive feedback
that criticizes the seller.
It didn’t do it out of malice, but by mistake.
In the end, better one less feedback than one in which I came across
as an idiot.

Mentore2 years agoYou can only submit a feedback review to correct negative or neutral feedback... positive ones stay as they are, you can't revise them... but you can add an additional comment.

OP2 years agoclicking on that link, I get to my feedback page, as someone told me, positive feedback can't be corrected.
Oh well, in the end it's not a big deal, even if it makes me look like an idiot.
