refund request

I made a purchase as a guest user. On screen, I saw that the purchase was successful, but I never received any confirmation email from eBay. So I don't have an order number. The item never arrived, but the money was charged to the credit card. How can I request a refund?

If you haven't received any email, it will be difficult to trace the order number.
