refund request
I bought a grinder from a German seller on March 25, and as of today it still hasn’t arrived. He shipped it with Hermes and today he wrote to me saying that the package is stuck in some warehouse and he can’t do anything about it. Unfortunately, I made the purchase without registering and so through the site’s procedure I can’t manage to contact eBay to ask for a refund. How can I contact eBay to report the problem?
