Refund request. Order canceled by the seller and no refund from eBay.
Good morning, I need help regarding a product won at auction and immediately afterward purchased through the site. Later the seller canceled the order and, as part of the procedure, I contacted him through the eBay site, and he confirmed that he will not send the order. So I proceeded with the refund, but eBay notified me that the order was canceled and for some reason it is not possible for now to request the refund, telling me that I have to wait until March 6, and only then could I report that the order has not arrived. Today, as it is March 6, I still can't report that the product hasn't arrived, so I'm trying to find a solution. I already wrote a WhatsApp message to ebay italia explaining the problem. If someone knows the procedure to do this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks

you can't proceed with the refund if you're the buyer... if the seller has cancelled your order, the refund is immediate, so you won't be able to open any report because the refund has already been issued.
Check your payment method.
Just curious... since when does ebay have a Whatsapp number??
