Refund request for package not received (Book Mail)

Hi, I sold a package with book mail. The buyer reported after 9 business days from shipment that the package hasn't arrived and wants a refund. From my experience with Book Mail, although on the post office website they say 6 business days for 98% of cases, it has always taken at least twice as long.I asked the buyer to wait patiently, but if he insists what should I do, refund? You can increase the packaging times, in this way you move the estimated delivery dates forward.Anyway, if the buyer opens a refund claim for an item not received, you are forced to refund (or eBay will do it in your place by taking it from your checking account). If the package arrives after the refund, you can only count on the buyer's honesty. If you offer untracked shipping, whatever you write, you do it entirely at your own risk.  himario
