Suspicious refund request

Hello,
last week a user opened a refund request for an item purchased, claiming they had not received it within 2 days of the order, as agreed.
I entered the BRT tracking details (I had forgotten to do so at the time of shipment), which show that the item was delivered the day after the order. I have tried to contact the buyer several times, but I still have not received any replies.
Meanwhile, eBay has frozen the transaction amount, pending a resolution. I wanted to know whether the timeframes are known, since the item was shipped on 15/01, delivered on 17/01, and the refund request is dated 19/01 (the date I entered all the tracking details).

if you have also communicated the tracking in the report opened by the buyer, I’d say that to be on the safe side, requesting the POD from the courier is essential.
The timing is at eBay’s discretion.
