Following an order placed with advance payment and including delivery charges...today... when the courier arrived to deliver my order, I received a customs clearance request for €189.50... I believe that this behavior, even if it does not depend on eBay... but on the lack of clarity and information on the seller's part, should still be clarified by eBay if it really wants to safeguard the interests of both buyers and sellers... after this experience I think I will no longer make purchases on this site...

Mentore7 months agoThe problem is not the site... but simply paying attention to which seller you buy from!!!
If you import from non-EU countries, IT IS YOU who MUST know that the item will pass through customs... so the seller cannot know who they will sell their item to and, as a result, the fault lies only with the person who buys carelessly.
