The day after a purchase the seller contacts me telling me that the shipping I chose (I don't think I had any options, though..) is slow and doesn't take the amount of time that eBay says, that it can take up to 45 days. So he предлагает to send him more money via PayPal or bank transfer to change the shipping method. It's not an outrageous amount, but I wonder whether, since it's something done outside of eBay, it will be recognized.
