I got a message in my eBay inbox saying that an account verification was needed.
it made me open a link and fill in card details, I stopped when it asked me to enable a fake payment of 500 €
shortly after I got an email from eBay telling me there is a problem with the account that contacted me.
I immediately blocked the user and reported them, but I had already entered the card details
what should I do? can I empty my bank account?

They can empty your account if the card whose details you entered is linked to a current account, so immediately block everything and notify the bank.
