refusal of withdrawal
on Saturday 24.02 I refused to pick up the envelope containing my purchase at the Post Office because the envelope
arrived open and was missing no. 4 pairs of little shoes out of the 5 it was supposed to contain.
The seller claims that my purchase was for just one pair of shoes even though "the large box shows the image of 5 pairs". The fact remains that I did not pick up the envelope itself, which is still at the Post Office for checks BUT above all I certainly would not have bought just one pair of doll shoes for 64 euros. I would like to ask for a refund of what I paid, but since I don't have photos, Ebay does not respond to my requests and the seller washes her hands of it. what should I do?

Mentore2 years agoGood morning,
to be on the safe side, you should have received the package and then opened a return request for item not as described if it really did not match the description.
By refusing the package, you are in the wrong, and eBay cannot help you; you are not covered by the eBay Customer Guarantee.
Kind regards.
