Release feedback impossible
Hello, I bought some tires, mounted them, and I’m using them. The seller hasn’t changed the order status to delivered, so I can’t leave my feedback. I contacted the seller and he replied that maybe I have to make this change myself. Is that so? I can’t find any way to do it and I think the seller should do it anyway. Thanks

Mentore1 year agoOrder status is updated by eBay, if the seller has correctly entered the shipping code in the appropriate form

OP1 year agoI then spoke with eBay's call center and they said that once the date set by the order has been reached, the status changes automatically so that feedback can then be left. I'll wait and see
