The item I requested was picked up by someone unknown to me ebay closed the case without a refund saying it was duly delivered to me the courier told me that ebay has to open the case I reported to ebay that the carrier delivered the goods to another person. I'm still waiting for a reply so I can recover the item. In any case, I won't buy anything on ebay anymore.

Mentore1 year agoIf the courier has certified that a package with that code was delivered to your address, what do the seller and eBay have to do with it?
You need to start a signature denial claim and try to take action against the courier.
